Designer Hospital Patient Gowns and Surgical Scrub Caps,

My husband was recently in the hospital for surgery and was given a
Designer Hospital Gown as a gift. I would like you to know how pleased
he and I were with the Designer Hospital Gown. He wore his gown while
getting his walking exercise in the hospital hallways. The Velcro
closures on the sleeves, neck and back made the gown easy to put on over
intravenous tubes and stayed in place while walking (avoiding any
embarrassing moments). Wearing the colorful well tailored gown also
helped my husband look more like a healthy recovering patient, unlike
wearing the wrinkled, drooping, loose fitting gown provided by the
hospital. Every nurse he passed on his exercise walk stopped to ask him
where he got his matching cap and gown, he was the fashion "hit" of the
cardiac wing. He looked better and felt better in his Designer Hospital
Gown. Time spent in the hospital would not be considered fun, so thank
you for designing a garment that brought a smile to everyone's face
(including the patient).

My name is Josh. I go by "Sasha". I am an active hockey player and goalie.
As a goalie, I always had trouble with sweat running into my eyes. My mother
(Alma) had a DHG cap on during one of my practices. She asked if I would
like to wear it and I said YES! The DHG Surgical Cap felt really good and
comfortable. It felt as if I didn't have one at all. It absorbed the sweat
and kept it out of my eyes. I use two different DHG's Surgical Caps, one as

Joshua (Sasha - 17 years old) was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma on April 30th, 2005. Sasha has
undergone extensive treatments (Radiation & Chemo) over the past year battling the bone and tissue cancer.
Unfortunately, in the last couple of months his condition has rapidly declined. Sasha has left the hospital
and is receiving hospice care. He is no longer undergoing treatment. There is nothing else the doctors can
do, except ease the excruciating pain he is in. BE STRONG SASHA !

On Monday July 10, 2006 Joshua Sasha Young passed away peacefully after a year long battle with Ewing's Sarcoma.

My sister got her gown yesterday and as I expected, she was thrilled! She
said she even had to try the cap on to see what it would look like. In her words,

As a female patient with a chronic lung condition, I am heartily tired of
having x-rays, CT's and mammograms wherein I am shoved into a too-small

My daughter was pregnant with twins and was put on bed rest for two months,
six weeks of it in the hospital. She was connected to all kinds of tubes and
monitors and couldn't wear regular pajamas or gowns. I bought her two of
your hospital gowns for her birthday. When she opened them I wasn't sure
what she thought of them. She put one on the next morning after her shower
and looked cute and happy. She made her husband take one home to wash every
time she got to shower and wore the other. The only time I saw her in the
hospital's gowns was the day she gave birth (she didn't want to get her
gowns dirty). Hopefully she'll never have to wear them again but they
appear to have some sentimental value.

They were worth the price in entertainment value alone. Oh, and the babies
are both healthy, happy, boys.

First off, love your products. Bought caps for our roomie Dave.
Recently Dave bought some caps also and mentioned a few things I thought
I would pass along. He noticed someone at Houston Medical Center where
he works has caps specially made with velcro closure instead of ties (he
says because it is more manly, ...doctors!) He agreed velcro would be a
good idea and this should be passed along. Also your fine prints
should be made into regular unisex scrubs as well as gowns you already
carry. Also everyone keeps asking Dave where he gets the caps.

It's a UK thing.....you can't do anything different......it's just not right. My first
camo hat was donated to a chap who told me it was just what he needed for his posting

A year ago, I bought two hospital gowns for my husband to wear after back surgery.
He was the star of the hospital, and everyone wanted to know where I found the original hospital gowns.

Since Richard is a big guy, the XXL size worked very well and covered everything that needed to be covered.

I love your hospital gowns. I've been trying to find bright printed hospital gowns
for my mother who had a stroke in 1996 and has been bed ridden since. She is completely a
wake and aware of her surroundings, but is paralyzed on her right side and cannot speak

With apologies for the delay in getting in touch with you - I ordered 3 hospital gowns
from you last week (ON MONDAY) and they were delivered to my door a couple of days later,
on Thursday (United Kingdom) in fact. I am really delighted with them and so is my Dad who is in a
Residential Home. Recently he was quite ill and spent some time in hospital and for this
reason required a change of gowns. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and as
far as I am concerned easy to wash - a very important bonus. Many thanks for your swift

I think a market you could target (in addition to healthcare) are bald men.
I recently (10/2003) shaved my head and a knit cap is sometimes too warm,
while a bandana is too hard to tie. And the standard "do rag" some people
wear is a bit *too* form fitting for my tastes.

So your caps are perfect for me whether I'm at work, or just hanging around
with friends. That's where solid colors would be great -- when I am of the job.

ugly cheap gowns...This should hold us until the ramp up in the summer. Thank
you for your help AND for making a product that speaks volumes to caring about
patients. By the way my wife's fav is Postcards and mine I think is King's Highway.

We just opened a new type of Ambulatory Surgery Center- we designed everything
placing patient needs and comfort first. The result was a relaxing tropical
wellness center in the middle of Massachusetts.

We use a variety of tropical print DHG gowns- the patients love them. They get
softer with each wash and haven't shown any sign of fading. Patients know you
have put them first as soon as they don their tropical gown.

Well DHG the center is open now and as expected your Hawaiian style pt
gowns have been a big hit on the patient satisfaction surveys. And
they get softer with each washing. It will be June or July before we
